The annual Best of NAIOP Awards Gala is an opportunity to recognize and highlight the achievements of our member companies, individuals, and projects in Arizona during the period of January 1st to December 31st of the preceding year.
Winners will be acknowledged and presented their awards at the 2026 Best of NAIOP Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 16, at Talking Stick Resort Hotel.

NAIOP Arizona AWARD CATEGORIES
To recognize the NAIOP subcontractor/vendor/supplier (non-brokerage) that has made the most significant contribution to NAIOP and the Arizona commercial real estate market during the period 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
Definitions:
- Subcontractor - involved in installing, building, or physically performing scope on-site. For example, concrete, masonry, flooring, painting/coatings, roofing/waterproofing, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, paving, landscaping, fencing, etc.
- Vendor - ongoing service provider supporting development, operations, compliance, and occupancy. For example, property management, engineering, parking management, facilities management, etc.
- Supplier - product/material source (either direct supplier, distributor, or manufacturer). For example, lumber and building materials, glass/aluminum storefront suppliers, steel service centers, insulation suppliers, etc.
To recognize the architect/interior design firm who has made the most significant contribution to the Arizona commercial real estate market during the period 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the brokerage firm who has made the most significant contribution to the Arizona commercial real estate market during the period of 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the general contracting firm who has made the most significant contribution to the Arizona commercial real estate market during the period 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the owner/developer that has made the most significant contribution to NAIOP and the Arizona (industrial, office, retail) real estate market during the period 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
INDIVIDUAL/TEAM
To recognize the capital markets individual broker/brokerage team who has made the most significant contribution to the Arizona industrial real estate market between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the industrial broker/brokerage team who has made the most significant contribution to the Arizona industrial real estate market between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the office broker/brokerage team who has made the most significant contribution to the Arizona office real estate market between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the retail broker or brokerage team who has made the most significant contribution to the Arizona retail real estate market between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the NAIOP Developing Leader who has made the most significant contribution to the Arizona commercial real estate market between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the outstanding lifestyle development project which demonstrates exceptional execution, design quality, and community impact through the integration of retail, mixed-used, multifamily, hospitality or other complementary uses between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the outstanding build-to-suit OR spec. office project which leads its peers in economic success in the Arizona market, design quality and innovative solution to development challenges between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the outstanding build-to-suit OR spec. industrial project greater than 500,000 SF which leads its peers in economic success in the Arizona market, design quality and innovative solution to development challenges between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the outstanding build-to-suit OR spec. industrial project less than 500,000 SF which leads its peers in economic success in the Arizona market, design quality and innovative solution to development challenges between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
To recognize the outstanding tenant improvement project which leads its peers in construction quality, good design, size, innovative solutions to design challenges, and efficient and effective use of space in the Arizona market between 01/01/25 and 12/31/25.
