Young Professionals Group (YPG)

The Young Professionals Group (YPG) is an 8-month leadership and professional development program that provides NAIOP Developing Leaders (DLs, aged 35 and younger) a foundational understanding of the commercial real estate development business. It is an application-based program. Candidates will be selected based on a set of criteria. Proteges will work in small groups with an assigned mentor who will provide guidance on their team project throughout the course. The teams will then compete with each other at the end of the program by presenting their work in the form of a sales pitch to a panel of judges who are professionals from various CRE disciplines. The winning team will be recognized during the annual Best of NAIOP Awards Gala.
