CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
Registration and attendance at NAIOP Arizona events constitute an agreement by the attendee to allow NAIOP to use and distribute their image, likeness, or voice in event-related photographs, videos, and promotional materials.

NAIOP ARIZONA CODE OF CONDUCT
NAIOP Arizona is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. We expect every attendee, sponsor, volunteer, and staff member to conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with NAIOP values of integrity, respect, and collaboration.

Code of Conduct highlights include:

• No harassment or intimidation. This includes unwelcome sexual attention, stalking, misuse of Chapter communication channels, or unsolicited physical contact.

• Respectful behavior. Communication and actions should remain appropriate for a professional real estate audience.

• Respect for others. Attendees, hosts, sponsors, venue personnel, and staff should be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times.

• Reporting concerns. If you experience or witness harassment or other inappropriate behavior, please notify an NAIOP Arizona Board Member or staff representative immediately.

• Consequences. Violations may result in a warning, removal from the event without refund, or other corrective action as permitted by NAIOP Arizona leadership and governing policies.

By attending NAIOP Arizona programs and events, all participants acknowledge this Code of Conduct and agree to uphold it throughout the event.
