ABOUT US
NAIOP Arizona
Public Policy Executive Committee
The Public Policy Executive Committee (PPEC) champions the interests of the commercial real estate industry by serving as the premier voice for advocacy and policy development. Committed to shaping a pro-business legislative and regulatory environment, we collaborate with policymakers, guide strategic priorities, and provide expert leadership to advance NAIOP’s mission. Through proactive engagement, thought leadership, and actionable solutions, we strive to elevate the industry’s influence, drive economic growth, and protect the future of commercial real estate in Arizona.
The Public Policy Executive Committee is comprised of highly experienced NAIOP members with a demonstrated commitment to the industry and public policy. The PPEC positions NAIOP as the leading voice for commercial real estate at the state legislature and with local governments by engaging with policymakers and developing public policy priorities for NAIOP. The PPEC is chaired by one to two members of the Board of Directors. Invitations to join the committee come from the PPEC chairs and senior NAIOP staff for those who have a proven record of participation in NAIOP and are passionate about public policy.
PPEC members help position NAIOP as the leading voice for commercial real estate development at the state and local levels and work to elevate the standing of the industry among policymakers across Arizona.
